This is the jig you need to add 5mm holes for adjustable shelves. Simply mark a centre line and you have the ability to drill 5 holes.
With an innovative design it features a non slip rubber strip and self locating pins that slide into the jig. This makes it the perfect tool when you need to retrofit a shelf to an existing cabinet, or for new cabinets where you drill your holes by hand.
As with all our printed jigs, the hole you drill through has a 5mm metal sleeve to protect it and prevent wear and tear.
Drill 40mm from front edge of cabinet and 56mm from back of cabinet.
The jig measures 148mm x 65mm x 19mm
***The material used to print these jigs is PETG. It has a very high melting point, making it the perfect choice of material for these tools. They will withstand the Aussie summer and not deform in the heat of the car.
