Hinge Template.
For hinge mounting plates with a 5mm Hole.
Simply line up the centre of the hinge on the cabinet side and place a pencil mark.
The side of this jig can be used as a square to draw a line.
Line up your pencil line with the centre of the jig and drill either the 37mm from the front edge ( standard Hinges) or for blind Hinges use the front holes to drill 21.5mm from the front edge.
It has a rubber grip that sits just high enough off the bottom of the jig and when you place a little pressure it wont slide around ensuring your holes will be perfect.
It also has a metal sleeve to protect and align drill bit.
I have been using these templates for the past 2 years for my own cabinetmaking business and they have held up beautifully, which is why I'm starting to sell them, along with a 2mm version for screw on hinge plates.

For the first use you will need to drill through the metal sleeve to create a zero clearance very simple use a sharp drill bit and drill.
